Associate Partner | Practice Leader – Project Delivery

While I am educated, trained and experienced in the design field ranging from conceptual design, planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, commissioning and activation, my focus has been on successful healthcare project delivery. Successful project delivery starts with client management and proceeds through all the phases, culminating in trusted client relationships, successful project outcomes, and firm achievement. I have accomplished this by means of buy-in, commitment, responsibility and daily engagement with the client, the project design team, code officials and the contractor working together through construction and activation to help deliver the Client's vision.

Integral to this, is a committed project team, comprised of both experienced and younger team members. An important part of project delivery is mentoring the younger team members by the more experienced staff, particularly in the areas of responsibility and quality control. Experience has taught me that from the initial planning, through the details of documentation and specifications, familiarization with the Owner’s guidelines and a collaborative approach, facilitates project budget, schedule and project coordination.

Team work is essential. Successful outcomes are one of the Client’s expectations and committed project delivery is the best avenue to achieve this.
